| Title: The BIGGEST news of them all!! |

Starting from yesterday (5th November 2005) I decided to quit smoking. This is one of the most important decisions in my recent life. I hope I will do fine as I get a lot of support from my friends.
Knowing myself, I would not last long on my own, so I have contacted my GP for help. It seems like a good way and I would recommend it to everyone that wishes to stop.
Ok, so much for the lecture.
About me now ... Since I have one of those nicotine patches on my arm, it doesn't feel like a hard work not to smoke. The problem is to stop myself from performing this arm movement in search for a lighter. I need to stop eating pencils too, but I think wood is healthier than smoke. All I need to do now is to fight the habit.
